swingersclub.ie is an independent editorial publication and email notification service. We are not an event organiser, venue, club, or dating service. Event information shared with subscribers is provided by third-party organisers; while we vet events before sharing them, we do not operate them and accept no responsibility for their conduct, cancellation or content. Attendance at any event is at your own judgement and risk, subject to the organiser's own terms.

• You may not use the site or the mailing list to harass, harm or expose any person.
• You may not attempt to identify, contact or out any person referred to directly or indirectly in our content.
• You may not scrape, resell or redistribute list content or event information shared with subscribers.
